Bogota visual artist born in 1990, graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana since 2013, focused on graphic expression, animation and pedagogy, using drawing as the cornerstone of each project, whether individual or collective.
He is currently part of the traditional graphic collective Taller Trez de Bogotá and the MAL Crew graffiti collective; During his artistic career, he has participated in various projects related to the appropriation of public space, graffiti writing and illustration. In the same way, he has participated in different proposals and group exhibitions related to graphic expression, more than anything else in the areas of drawing, engraving. , muralism, painting and illustration, showing his work in various indexed publications such as Calle 14 Magazine, Cien Dias del Cinep Magazine, Puntos Magazine, among others; He has also been nominated for different art and design awards by entities such as IDARTES, Innovadores de América, Diseño y Punto, Adidas, among others. He has also ventured into the audiovisual field in the animation, television studio gaffer and set setting for Netflix, Amazon, Telemundo, Caracol, RCN. Much of his work focuses on thinking about the city from different points of view, everything that encompasses living in one, evoking and comparing sensations through point and line, and permanently questioning the idea of chance and drift. |
