In this piece, I have captured a dressage scene of a purebred Spanish horse. The posture of the rider and the horse highlights the connection between them and the majesty of dressage, which I consider an art in itself. In my creative process, I have combined realistic and abstract painting techniques, using intense colors to give the work a highly contemporary feel.
The fusion of styles and chromatic intensity seek to convey the energy and passion involved in dressage, as well as highlight the beauty and grace of the Spanish horse. This work is my way of highlighting the mastery and elegance of this equestrian art.
