The horse has been a constant theme in my work, and on this occasion I have represented a purebred Spanish specimen seen from an unconventional perspective: from behind. In this canvas, the fusion of realism, expressionism and abstraction becomes palpable. I wanted to challenge conventional limits by introducing a bold touch of red on one of the horse's legs, which in turn gives the work its name. This bold gesture seeks not only to capture the essence of the horse, but also to provoke reflection on the relationship between tradition and innovation in contemporary art.

Work done in oil on canvas stretched on a frame. It is not necessary to add a frame, although it can be done.
