A family in the street warms up around the fire. The title says it all, an eviction. The father has one hand on the fire and the other, the one that the family does not see, with a clenched fist, as if holding back anger. The mother seems to think: "I should have chosen another husband." And the son seems to think about the life he would like to have in the future. I painted the picture in 2016, a time when there were many evictions in Spain.
