I think you can go further and listen to how the deep breathing of that person who is passing the red rope between those legs breaks the silence in a careful, firm, conscious, orderly and very patient way. You are starting a game of limits: of physical and mental control.
You can also put yourself in the shoes of the person who is being tied up, and read their body: their desire, wait and surrender. Full trust in the other person, because in this life, if there is no trust, there is nothing.
There are ties like these that lose any violent or negative connotations since they achieve that both people enjoy from the beginning to the end, that they put their control to the test for a few minutes in which the imagination of both will take precedence over what will happen when the rope red is fully knotted.
