Biography: Terry Laakso (was born in 1965 Turku "Finland.
Laakso was born into a family of artists, his mother Reine Tenn (Saarinen) is an artisan who also painted in watercolors. His father was a professional musician Jarmo Laakso along with his two brothers Raimo Laakso and Rauno Laakso.
Terry has studied sculpture at the Simo Helenius art club, and has this in an art exhibition in the same gallery from 1986 in Turku, Finland. Also Laakso studied under the direction of Jan de Palmu paintings with glass surface from 1980.
Terry Laakso has lived in Spain and Mexico for a period of 23 years, but returned to Finland in the 2011 year for four years.
