Miguel Angel Vecchione nació en Venezuela. Mientras estudiaba en la Escuela de Pintura de la Profesora Nélida Vergara, a la edad de 10 años pintó su primer cuadro al óleo "Flores sobre la mesa". Dos años mas tarde comenzó a cursar estudios de pintura al óleo en la Escuela de Artes de la Profesora Yrlanda Trompiz y durante un período de 3 años aprende las técnicas de Trompiz desarrollando habilidades primordialmente en la pintura de Paisajes. En 1982 participa en su primera exposición en La Casa de La Cultura de Los Teques (Venezuela), obteniendo el primer premio con su obra "La Casita del árbol". El año siguiente repite el primer premio, esta vez con la obra "Otra calle de Píritu".
Su afición por la naturaleza con toques urbanos le llevó a pintar cerca de 50 obras solo hasta el año 1988, fecha en la que ocurre un "stop artístico" de 30 años marcado desde su inicio en 1989 con el ingreso a la Escuela a la Escuela de Estudios de la Marina Mercante Venezolana. Una vez graduado en 1993 comenzó a surcar los Mares del Mundo durante varios años y posteriormente se convierte en un exitoso emprendedor de la Hostelería hasta que en 2016 decide dejar los negocios para instalar su vida en un pequeño poblado de Andalucía (España). En 2018 reaparece su ímpetu artístico con un dibujo a creyón de "La Iglesia de Santa María de Nieva", desde entonces ha pintado varios cuadros con diferentes técnicas pero siempre predominando el óleo y acrílico sobre lienzo. Ya para el 2021 también deja ver su influencia Marítima en muchas de sus obras. Se podría decir que su obra marca además de un cronología de los cambios en su vida así como una especie de auto-biografía redactada con oleos, acrílicos y pinceles. In 2018 his artistic impetus reappeared with a crayon drawing of "The Church of Santa María de Nieva", since then he has painted several paintings with different techniques but always oil and acrylic on canvas predominate. By 2021 he also shows his Maritime influence in many of his works.
