Biography: Sketch of a trajectory

Arturo Bojórquez Sauceda was born in Sinaloa, Mexico, in 1965. He practiced muralism from an early age in public buildings dedicated to education. He studied Graphic Design at the Institute of Advertising Art of the State of Mexico, Figura al Fresco at the World Trade Center in New York (2001), Psychology of art applied to social expressions (with Carvalho) in Salvador de Bahía, Brazil (2008) , abstract art in Toulouse France (1995), contemporary art workshops in Paris.
With a largely self-taught training, Bojórquez tries to combine the figure with the social context making use of resources such as textures, the maché and the roots of a miscegenation that has become global.
He has dabbled in the art of Soho in NY, USA, and has participated in various exhibitions in Mexico and abroad.
The last aspect that has taken its aesthetic course is linked to the social criticism of man and his being, to the loss of his link with his natural environment, to the loss of his "humanity" to become today a stark but contradictorily living being. romantic animality. In this dynamic, art has become an important factor of sensitivity and voice, in this way there is still much to express.
Bojórquez currently works teaching painting and drawing in a collective workshop (“Forma y Concept”) in the city of Puebla, Mexico. This project tries to integrate people of all ages in the exploration, assimilation and artistic production that leads them to a personal encounter that allows them to understand and question their environment.
The search is not only scientific, it is also artistic because they are human.
