CARLOS FERG
Toledo, 1977 Carlos Ferg has a degree in Art History from the University of Castilla - La Mancha. It was in 2015 when he began to develop his artistic career, in Manchester, United Kingdom, city where he has resided for the last ten years. She has currently moved her I study in Valencia, Spain. At first, he decides to develop a solid project that will lead him to configure his own work, focusing mainly on the urban landscape during these years. After the pandemic decides to focus on the development of figurative work from a new perspective around the question of gender and the figure of women and their evolution in society since the middle from the 19th century to the present and how it has regained greater importance throughout over time by virtue of the fight for their rights. He also combines figurative work with watercolor landscapes, developing a series called Planet B, where he aims to highlight ecology and care for the environment. Since 2017 he has had the opportunity to work with galleries such as Carré d´Artistes Gallery (France), and Galerie Evénementielle (France), selling his work in the United Kingdom, Korea South, United States, France or Spain, among others. On the other hand, he has had the opportunity to make his work known by exhibiting at Manifest Art Manchester and holding exhibitions both individual and collective. She has also had the opportunity to show her work in The Liverpool Art Book or magazines such as Revistart or The Guide Artists magazine. |
