Eduard Albert Arimany
Self-taught painter, born in Granollers (Barcelona) in 1955. Drawing fan since I was little, I made my first steps with the graphite pencil and later with a pen, which allowed me to deepen my perspective and light. After spending some years with little artistic activity, towards 35 years, I made the first attempts with oil, using the brush and the spatula, since then I have continued painting with the intensity that allows me the free time. I currently use oil and acrylic paint on canvas, and my favorite tool is the spatula. I am interested in the beauty that nature gives us, landscapes of sea and mountains and the female figure. My painting is figurative and quite realistic, without pretending to make photographic or very perfectionist works.
