Biography: Edith González (1997), an Argentine artist, has shown a remarkable capacity for self-improvement throughout her career, despite facing great difficulties due to her environment of extreme poverty. From an early age, she Edith discovered her passion for art and drawing, finding creative ways to express herself even with improvised materials like pencils, chalk and dirt. Despite not having the resources to receive a formal art education, Edith herself tirelessly persevered, seeking learning opportunities for herself. Her determination and passion led her to experiment with different techniques and materials, such as drawing in the dirt and using broken bricks as pencils. On her way to success, Edith also found challenges in her way. Some teachers at school didn't fully recognize her talent when she drew on the floor with chalk, but she didn't let the negative reviews get her down.
