I don't remember ever stopping drawing. Perhaps, for reasons of time, less frequently than I would have liked. But, I have to say that my professional and leisure life has always been related to art in general and drawing in particular.
After basic studies at EGB and BUP, I obtained the title of “artistic-humorous and cartoonist”. I began my professional career in 1987 with the help of an architect (drawing teacher and friend), who introduced me to the world of technical drawing. Specifically, he opened his studio for me to collaborate with him as an assistant construction draftsman. A little more than a year later. I signed my first employment contract, in a photography-advertising studio in my town, which has now disappeared. Since then and until 2010, my work life has always been related to design and graphic arts. So, until today, with my professional path redirected, I have dedicated myself to drawing, as an author and as a teacher. Supported by the recognition of the collective of the artistic world, my students and people in general. In my artistic career, I have won several painting and drawing awards and have received mentions in the press and specialized magazines, as well as on radio and television programs, at a local and regional level. |
