As a psychiatrist and psychotherapist Rayna Popova has piled up experience in three EU countries: Bulgaria, Spain and Germany. For many years now she is in love with acrylic paint. She is an autodidact artist. Painting is a form of aesthetic self-exploration, says Rayna.
“Self-exploration and the acceptance of our own many-sidedness are an universal challenge nowadays. It is our responsibility how we interpret this challenge; as something that makes us fall apart or as an opportunity to enjoy growth and pleasure simultaneously.
